How do I return something?

It’s very simple, call us on 0208 304 0185 and we’ll send a courier to collect your goods.
We’ll work with you to either replace, return or refund your goods.
Please call us within:

3 working days if your item is missing/wrong/damaged.
14 working days if your item is unwanted.

What do i do with the item/order?

  1. Make sure products and packaging are in the condition you received them.
  2. Put the products in a suitable box/envelope.
  3. Write the returns number on a piece of paper and attach it to the outer packaging. Do not write on the product box.
  4. The courier will stick an address label on your parcel so no need to add the address.
  5. Make sure the items returned match the items listed on your return notice email.
  6. Get a receipt from the courier if possible.

When will my return be collected?

When you call us about your return, we’ll email a returns number.

Our courier will collect your return within 3 working days.

Conditions and exceptions

  • Refunds are made excluding any courier charges.
  • Collection will be attempted up to three times after which we can’t issue any credit.
  • For a straightforward refund on an unwanted product, the item needs to be in a re-saleable condition in its original packaging.
  • Some electronic items, may require contact to the manufacturer directly.

We’re not able to accept returns for:

  • food and drink.
  • dated products (diaries, calendars, wall planners, etc).
  • 'Special Order' products.
  • 'End of line' sale products.
  • any opened products.
